4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For "Root Out Worries & Flourish" – 3-Month Life Coaching Service
Effective from August 02, 2025

We are committed to offering a transformative experience through our personalized coaching services. However, we understand that individual expectations may vary. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

4 (a). Clarity Before Enrollment

• • We offer a pre-enrollment clarity call to ensure you're fully aware of the service details before joining.
  • This call helps determine mutual alignment and suitability.

4 (b). Refund Eligibility

• • If after completing the first full month of the program you feel that the service has not met your expectations, you may request a 90% refund.
  • The refund request must be made within 5 days after the end of the first month.
  • Once the refund is processed, all further services and access will be permanently terminated.

Note: The refund will be processed only if:

• • You have actively participated in the first month (i.e., attended sessions, completed assignments/practices).
  • You have communicated your concerns with us in a timely and respectful manner.

No Refunds After 1 Month

• • No refund requests will be entertained after 30 days from the program start date.

4 (c). Rescheduling or Pause

• In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies or unavoidable issues), we may offer a one-time pause/reschedule of your remaining program duration, at our discretion.
